Joong-Gil Kim

Master Student · Korea University of Technology and Education

Hello! I’m a Master’s student at Korea University of Technology and Education (KOREATECH), advised by Prof. Yong-Jae Kim in the IRIM Lab. I received my B.S. in Mechatronics Engineering.

My research focuses on Robotics, Reinforcement Learning, High-fidelity Simulation, and Sim-to-real transfer. I am particularly interested in training robots to learn control policies in simulation and reliably deploy them on real hardware.
